Programme 4.3 — Industrial Investment Promotion and Facilitation

Opportunities commonly identified include import substitution in building materials, food and beverages and packaging; value addition in fisheries and livestock products; renewable energy and water technologies; and supply to construction and public works. These statements are to be tested and quantified in the industrial mapping exercise.

Investment opportunities are documented with their assumptions and are labelled as assessed opportunities, not as offers. HIIL facilitates introductions to investment institutions, commercial banks and financial service providers; it does not guarantee outcomes.
