| Founding Industrial Member | Industrial enterprise that signs the founding charter during the founding window (Phases 1–2) and meets Full or SME criteria. | One-time founding contribution 500; thereafter the annual fee of its size tier. |
| Full Industrial Member (Tier A) | Enterprise engaged in manufacturing, processing or industrial production in Puntland with more than 50 employees; registered in the Register. | Tier A (more than 50 employees) 400. |
| Full Industrial Member (Tier B) | Enterprise engaged in manufacturing, processing or industrial production in Puntland with 11 to 50 employees; registered in the Register. | Tier B (11 to 50 employees) 250. |
| SME Industrial Member | Industrial enterprise with ten or fewer employees, including micro-manufacturers and workshops; registered in the Register. | 100. |
| Associate Member | Non-industrial enterprise or professional serving industry (suppliers, logistics, engineering and consulting firms, financial services, training providers). | 150. |
| Institutional and Strategic Partner | Government institutions, the Chamber, universities and research institutions, development organisations, industry associations. Admitted by agreement or MOU, not by fee. | None. |
